We collect information provided by you in connection with obtaining price quotes or rates. For example, you may be asked to provide your name, address, telephone number, email, and other information in order to be matched to insurance carriers and agents who may provide you a quote for their insurance services.

Lastly, we (and/or our service providers) collect information about your computer and your visits to our website, such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit, and page views through the use of log files. We (and/or our service providers) use this aggregated information in the administration of our website to improve its usability and to evaluate the success of particular marketing/advertising campaigns, search engine optimization strategies, and other marketing activities. We (and/or our service providers) use non-identifying and aggregated information to help optimize our website based on the needs of our users. Additionally, third parties may collect certain similar information about your computer and other pages you may visit when you visit our website, as discussed further below.

If you submit a request for price quotes for insurance products or other products or services, we will share the personal information contained in your request form with third parties, which may include agents, carriers, lead aggregators, and other service providers in our network, to process and fulfill your request.

Our policy is to enter into agreements requiring service providers to secure any personal information we provide to them and prohibit them from using any personally identifiable information they obtain for any other purpose other than those for which they were retained or as required by law.

Opting Out of Further Communication. While we aim to make it as easy as possible for you to talk directly with an agent, we will honor your request not to be contacted further. You can easily opt-out of further communications from us by requesting to be placed on our Do Not Call list, by replying “STOP” to our text messages, by sending an email to Customer Care at [email protected], or by unsubscribing from our email list.

To provide personalized services to you. We use the information we collect to provide the services to you in a personalized way. Insurance services products are complex and we therefore do not take a one-size-fits-all approach to helping you find the right products. The information we collect enables us to do this by giving us a more detailed picture of who you are.

We may share aggregated information (i.e., information about you and other users collectively, but not specifically identifiable to you) and other non-personal, de-identified, or anonymous information we collect, with third parties to optimize their ability to reach their target markets.

California Do Not Track Notice

Special Notice to Vermont residents

Vermont law places additional limits on sharing information about Vermont residents so long as they remain residents of Vermont.
